MiaoGauYou...
Hello , all human being in DCL 2 L2 class, where is all the picture and post that Mister and Mrs Author should post early on? It seem that all of you had gone dissapear. I am craving the picture from JB and of course redang trip picture... Pls Mister and Mrs Author post it with interesting story that you create your ownself. Arrr, also the picture from convocation. The COMPARISON between TARC & HELP
SIMILARITIES:
-Notes will be prepared
-Books can be photostated but need to be 100% careful if kena check and find out, then...
-Replace class will be on Saturday
-Lecture start on first week while tutorial start on second week
DIFFERENCES:
-NO study leaves
-Attendance (lecture+tutorial) must fulfill 80% if not will be barred
* Psychology course had not history in student being barred, so if you want to be the first one, can considered about ^^
-NOT EVERY subject have tutorial, it depend on the sub
*some sub got tutorial but not every week will have
*lecture attendance is important cause some subject din have tutorial
*psychology course not every strict about the attendance but others course (eg ADP and business will be strict enough)
*the tutorial class for others school (business sub & LAN Subject) will be last for 14weeks
-60% - coursework marks (normally hard to get 45% and above)
-40% - Final Exam
-We had to enrol the subject that we want by ourselves ( we have to 抢，if not you would get the subject)
*HELP suggest enrol by using web but it need three days to process, sure will slow from being queue up and sign up at the counter itself (this have to take number and line up in the morning, the counter is open on nine)
-The time table for tutorial class is choose by ourselves (log in using web site, if wan to in same class, is quite difficult and the time tat we choose is popular)
There are three kinds subject in HELP:
-cosubject is same wit MAJOR sub in TARC (eg introduction of psychology)
-elective subject can be the psychology subject (eg forensic psychlgy) or subject from others course (eg business subject)
-minor is all subject from others course
* if you think tat others course's sub is not use for you, you can choose the elective subject which is psychology subject
*the minor subject that you choose will be mention in your cert (eg Bachelor in psychology minor in business admin, 给你多一个出路）
-For long semester only will have two weeks holidays
-For short semester will one months more holidays
This august is short sem, so the subject is being squeeze in seven weeks (if i am not mistaken)
Other:
26 of August must go to HELP because that week is orientation week, there will be senior who act as our mentor guide us to know the school and also explain those thing at above ( is important because 会很乱在第一天上课时）
#that all i know from my friend, if you dont understand wat am i talking about above, you can contact me(Jasmine) or wait until we meet up (if tat time i still remember all things lar... hehex ^^)
